Our Repair Process

Repair Assessment

We'll discuss the equipment issues, and try to diagnose potential causes. We collect a deposit for 2 hours of work, and if our technicians ascertain that more work is needed, we will contact you and provide a full quote before proceeding. We offer cleanings, mechanical and light electrical work, and component replacement.

Detailed Reporting

We provide detailed reports of our diagnosis and repairs, and make sure to explain the cause of the issue and steps we take to rectify it. We then store this in custom our secure app databse to help with any future repair work.

Turntables

Every turntable we sell is cleaned, aligned, and speed-checked to ensure proper playback. We verify tracking weight, balance, and all mechanical or automatic functions. Each unit is tuned for smooth, steady spin — ready to drop the needle and play.

Receivers & Amplifiers

All amplifiers and receivers are fully tested and refurbished as needed. We clean all controls, test every input and output, and repair or upgrade electrical components to deliver that warm, classic sound audiophiles love.

Speakers

Each pair of speakers is cleaned, inspected, and tested for clarity, balance, and proper response. Cabinets are checked for integrity, and crossover components are serviced or upgraded to restore faithful sound reproduction.
