Assessment & Approval Process

All repairs begin with a diagnostic bench time covered by your deposit. If repairs exceed the initial 2-hour window, we provide a price estimate for completion. We require client approval before proceeding with advanced repairs.

"No Problem Found" & Declined Repairs

If we cannot confirm a fault after 1 hour of bench time, you can choose 50% store credit or a 25% refund. Similar options are available if you decline repairs after receiving an assessment summary.

Beyond Economic Repair

We reserve the right to stop work if a unit is deemed unrepairable due to technical limitations or cost-prohibitive parts sourcing. In these cases, a clear explanation and written report will be provided.

Warranty

All completed repairs include a two-month warranty covering the same direct faults. This includes priority placement in our repair queue. Issues caused by misuse or unrelated faults are not covered.

Pickup & Logistics

Every unit leaves with an Equipment Service Report.
Crucial Note: Unrepaired units not picked up within 90 days of notification will be recycled by Sound Heritage.
